"People with learning disabilities are amongst the most vulnerable and socially excluded in society. Very few have jobs, live in their own homes or have a choice over who cares for them. Many have few friends outside the families and those paid to care for them. This needs to change"
Valuing People: A New Strategy for Learning Disability for the 21st century.
For some people getting dressed, talking to people, making choices and keeping safe are huge challenges.
We are helping over 250 vulnerable men, women and young people with learning disabilities in Epsom and the surrounding areas to lead fuller lives. Many more need our help!
We believe that everyone has the right to a fulfilling life, with your support we can make this possible!

We provide a long-term, volunteer friend to one specific individual or home through our Friends Programme. Regular visits or local outings can make a tremendous difference to a resident's quality of life.

We take action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, protect their interests and obtain the services they need. Through our SHOUT and FIND projects, we also provide support for young people at Woodlands School preparing to leave school and an information and support service for their families.
